Teresa McCoy is a paralegal at Clayborne & Wagner LLP. She brings to the table over 20 years of diverse experience in the legal industry as a paralegal. Ms. McCoy works efficiently under the direction of multiple attorneys, preparing pleadings, summarizing discovery, and managing trial preparation. She is proficient in conducting case research via Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. Additionally, Ms. McCoy is well-versed in Summation and E-discovery. Ms. McCoy graduated from Webster University with a B.A. in Legal Studies and her paralegal certification. She attended Southwestern Illinois College, where she obtained her associate degree in Applied Science Paralegal Studies. From 2013 – 2018, she held an advisory position on the Southwestern Illinois College’s Paralegal Committee.
