Clayborne, Sabo and Wagner LLP is pleased to announce that John M. Hongs has joined the Firm as a partner on April 1, 2014. Mr. Hongs maintains a rich and diverse real estate and corporate transactional practice in which he has routinely represented Fortune 100 and 500 Companies, other leading public corporations, banks and financial institutions, municipalities, closely-held entities and high net-worth individuals as well as handled commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hongs was a partner at the St. Louis, Missouri office of a nationally-ranked firm of over 500 attorneys.

Mr. Hongs has served as general counsel to the Asian American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) of St. Louis, general counsel to the Asian American Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the charitable arm of the AACC, and currently serves as the President of the Missouri Asian American Bar Association.

John M. Hongs received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2002 and is licensed to practice law in Missouri and before the U.S. District Courts of Missouri and Southern Illinois. He was named to the “Rising Stars” list in the area of Business Litigation byMissouri & Kansas Super Lawyer magazine, in 2012, a distinction earned by no more than two-and-a-half percent of the lawyers in the state of Missouri.
