Clayborne, Sabo and Wagner LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Jay Dowling has joined the Firm as a Partner. Mr. Dowling has been an attorney for nearly 30 years in private practice. He is admitted to the bar in both Illinois and Missouri. His practice has included real estate transactions and litigation, commercial litigation and personal injury litigation. Mr. Dowling is the author of Chapter 40, “Easements and Other Real Property Interest”, of the Illinois Causes of Action Practice Handbook and Chapter 3, “Pleadings and Procedures by the Condemnee”, of the Illinois Eminent Domain Practice Handbook published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education known to Illinois Attorneys as IICLE. Both are among the leading legal works used by real estate attorneys on the subjects. Mr. Dowling will oversee the Firm’s real estate practice.
