Petitioner employee claimed two separate injuries, including contact dermatitis and a psychological injury, as a result of her work environment in this workers’ compensation case. Her treating physicians testified that these injuries at a minimum were aggravated by her work environment. The employer was represented by attorney Jennifer Barbieri, who had the petitioner examined by an independent medical examiner who opined that petitioner’s conditions were not caused by her work environment and were likely the result of outside factors. Following this evidence, the arbitrator decided for the employer. Mosley v. City of East St. Louis, Illinois Workers’ Compensation Arbitration
