The Missouri Asian American Bar Association jointly hosted an annual dinner on May 22, 2014 at the St. Louis Zoo for its members and the members of its partner organizations: Hispanic Bar Association of St. Louis, Lawyers for Equality, Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis, the South Asian Bar Association, St. Louis Chapter and the Mound City Bar Association. The Unity Dinner is a celebration of diversity within the legal profession. John M. Hongs, as president of the Missouri Asian American Bar Association oversees the planning for the event. Among those congratulating Mr. Hongs on the success of the Dinner was Judy Preddy Draper, Honorary Counsel for the Republic of Korea.
