Petitioner in this workers’ compensation action claimed injuries to his back and neck in two separate accidents. Petitioner’s treating physician recommended pain management and surgery. Respondent employer was represented by Jennifer L. Barbieri. Following a trial, the arbitrator denied petitioner’s claim for benefits, including medical and TTD.
